01Challenge

Take over a migration project and bring it to a stable launch.

La Vie is a Polish premium cosmetics e-commerce brand. When the team came to Storise, the migration project was already underway, but the previous agency had not brought it to a point where the store could be launched safely or developed with confidence.

The challenge went beyond migration itself. Product data needed to be cleaned up, the theme had to be aligned with the brand's requirements, performance had to improve, and the right integrations had to be in place for day-to-day operations. Without that, even a launched store would have remained difficult to maintain and operationally unreliable.

After a disappointing phase with their previous partner, the client did not need more promises. They needed a team that would take ownership, restore structure to the project, and carry it through to a high-standard finish. The stakes were not just the launch itself, but regaining control over the platform, the data, and the brand's future online growth.

02Approach

First restore clarity. Then bring the project through to completion.

Rather than mechanically continuing the implementation, we started by assessing its real condition. We needed to quickly separate what could be retained from what required correction or redevelopment. Only then could we build a realistic plan for a stable launch.

We then reset priorities around migration completion, product data cleanup, theme adjustments aligned with brand requirements, performance improvements, and the implementation of bespoke software and integrations. The project was managed so each layer reinforced the others instead of creating new dependencies and delays.

Our goal was not simply to finish the work. It was to hand over a platform the La Vie team could grow with confidence: faster, clearer, better structured, and aligned with the real needs of a premium brand.

"The most difficult projects are not always the ones that start from zero. Often, they are the ones you have to take over and put back in order after someone else."

This project began with restoring control.

03Solution

A platform ready for a stable launch and long-term growth.

We took over the project at a stage where completing the migration alone was not enough. In parallel, we brought order to the data layer, refined the theme in line with the brand's requirements, improved storefront performance, and delivered bespoke solutions that support the platform's day-to-day operation.

Store migration completion

Taking over and completing the implementation after the previous agency, so the store could be launched safely and developed further with confidence.

Theme customization

Refining the frontend layer to match the client's requirements, so the store better reflected the expectations of a premium brand and its customers.

Product data cleanup

Cleaning up and correcting product data so the catalog became consistent, usable, and ready for day-to-day operations as well as continued sales growth.

Performance optimization

Improving storefront performance so the site became faster, smoother, and better aligned with the customer experience expectations of modern ecommerce.

Bespoke software and integrations

Building project-specific solutions and implementing integrations that support the daily work of both the store and the team behind it.

04Results

Control restored to the platform, with a solid foundation for growth.

The most important outcome of the project was bringing the store to a point where the brand had regained control over its ecommerce platform. What began as an incomplete and inconsistent implementation became a store that could be developed in a predictable, secure, and high-quality way.

At the same time, we strengthened the platform's core foundations: product data quality, storefront performance, alignment of the visual layer with the brand's requirements, and the technical backbone through bespoke software and integrations. The result was not simply project completion, but a more orderly and dependable commerce environment.

"The biggest value of this engagement was not simply completing the migration, but restoring control over the store, the data, and the platform's future development."

Active support

The engagement with La Vie covered more than the migration itself. It also brought structure to several key areas of store operations, giving the brand a more stable foundation for future ecommerce growth.
